Fort Polk Deridder Leesville LA Premier Newborn Portrait Photographer Brand New Photography presents Brand New Raegan at 8 days new!
I was a little apprehensive about this session, because Mom had warned me that there wasn't a lot of light to work with, and that baby wasn't the best sleeper for her photos the day before. Tho I can use studio lights with newborns, I prefer the softness of natural light. When I scoped out the situation, I realized the only way to pull this one off was to use my puck bean bag on top of the clients couch and move it next to the only lit window. It worked better then I could have hoped, and baby slept like a dream even through the puppy noises coming from the cutest little 10 week old puppy I've gotten kisses from in a while. When Raegan was awake, she made sure to let some personality show, with lots of funny faces and self-posing, but she slept like a pro through most of her 3 hours. She started out smiling at every shutter click, and only cried when it was time for me to leave. ;) Because we all know the military is near and dear to my heart, I wanted an army photo for dad to take with him later this year when he deploys. I also wanted to squeeze in a few Valentines, it was actually Valentines Day morning, after all. Thank you Mom and Dad for allowing me into your home and sharing your precious baby girl with me!
Enjoy a peek at my morning with Raegan Elise, and leave the family some comments and love. Any Brand New that earns comments from 20 different people on the blog wins their family a exclusive Brand New Print gift from me. <3
